Orders & Payments

1. Can I buy a vacuum online and pick it up in store?

Yes. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout on tsamand.com. Your order will be ready within 2 business hours at our Anaconda location.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and local checks (with valid ID).

3. Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We offer local delivery within Anaconda and surrounding areas for a small fee. Call us at +1 380-260-3245 to arrange delivery.

4. Can I return a vacuum if I don't like it?

Yes. Unused vacuums in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Used vacuums may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective.

5. What brands do you repair?

We repair most major brands, including Shark, Dyson, Bissell, Hoover, Miele, Kirby, Eureka, and many more. Call ahead if you're unsure.

6. How long does a typical repair take?

Most repairs (belt replacement, clog removal, brush roll issues) are completed within 2–3 business days. Major motor repairs may take up to 5–7 days.

7. Do I need an appointment for repair drop-off?

No appointment is needed. Just bring your vacuum to 1709 W Park Ave, Anaconda, MT 59711 during business hours. We'll give you a free estimate before starting any work.

8. Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. All repair work comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.

9. Do you sell vacuum bags and filters?

Absolutely. We carry bags, belts, filters, brushes, and rollers for most makes and models. If we don't have it in stock, we can order it for you.

10. Do you sell commercial vacuums?

Yes. We offer commercial-grade vacuums for offices, hotels, schools, and cleaning businesses. Ask us about bulk pricing.

11. Can I buy just a replacement part without bringing in my vacuum?

Yes. Just tell us the make and model number of your vacuum, and we'll find the right part for you.
